Terms of Service


The policies and procedures of our clinics are as follows:

Dr. Roche’s office hours are by appointment only as noted below

  • Albany Monday and Wednesday 2:30 – 6:30

  • Auckland Tuesday and Thursday 2:30 – 6:30

Fees for products and services are as noted below:

  • New patient initial visit $ 150

  • Report of Findings / Extended visit $ 95

  • Regular office visit $ 65

All appointment must be paid for in full at the conclusion of the visit, or in advance

Payment can be made by cash, eftpos or credit card

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of the full amount.

Visits with Dr. Roche are generally 30-60 min in length. As there is often a waiting list for patients to be seen during her clinical times, “no shows” and late cancellations deny other patients the opportunity to be seen and create gaps in her schedule. Therefore, at the time of the scheduling of your first visit, your credit card details will be taken as a security measure. If you do not attend the first visit, or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your card will be charged for the full amount of the visit. You are then welcome to schedule your visit at a more convenient time.
